We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal identifiable information in any way. This does not include third-party apps or services that assist us in operating our business, this website (the “Site”), and in offering our products. In order to comply with applicable laws, we may at any time release personal identifiable information. FOUNT may provide third-party actors with non-identifiable personal information for advertising and business reasons.

Collection of Your Personal Information

If you apply for a job, we will ask that you provide your information to one of our third-party service providers. The information that we ask you to provide includes information we need to assess your application and contact you, such as:

FOUNT uses the personally identifiable information we collect about you to provide products and services that may be requested by you. In order to protect the privacy of the personally identifiable information of others, you may not collect, use, disclose, publish, display, link to, or otherwise provide access to the personally identifiable information of any other person via the Site, except as expressly requested by FOUNT and solely to the extent that you have obtained all necessary and appropriate authorizations, consents, or other rights to use and disclose such personally identifiable information.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for use by any person who is under the age of 18 and is not of likely interest to children. FOUNT does not intend to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We ask that children do not submit any personally identifiable information to us. If you believe that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child, please notify us, and we will take appropriate actions.

Choice

You may “opt-out” of receiving further information about FOUNT (other than support or other information that you specifically request by filling out the online forms) by checking the appropriate boxes on the online forms. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further email communications from FOUNT, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by means of a link provided in every broadcast email that is sent to you by FOUNT. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive any other form of communication from FOUNT, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by contacting us at questions@fountleather.com. If you are a resident of the State of California, you also have the right in certain circumstances to opt-out (which we may sometimes refer to as "unsubscribe") of the use of Your Personal Information by third parties (such as advertisers) for marketing purposes. FOUNT will not accept requests via the telephone or by facsimile. FOUNT is not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.

Access and Accuracy

FOUNT aims to keep your personally identifiable information as accurate as possible. You will have the opportunity to update and correct any of your personally identifiable information by logging into the Site and entering any new information about yourself. You must promptly update your personally identifiable information if it changes or it is not accurate. FOUNT reserves the right to access, remove, or modify such information in its sole discretion. Google Advertising

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise FOUNT across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network. AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the FOUNT website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.  This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device. The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that: “This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.”

Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.
