Shipping + Returns/Exchanges

 

Shipping

At this time, orders can only be shipped within the US. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address you provided. Orders are typically shipped USPS Priority. If expedited shipping is required, please email questions@fountleather.com and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate your request. 

Due to the nature of our work, please allow up to 5 business days for production to prepare your order for shipment. Additionally, made to order products may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for production to complete. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping services interruptions.      

Returns/Exchanges

Unused items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. A refund in the form of original payment method will be issued with a receipt or order number. If a receipt is not available, store credit will be issued.

We cannot accept returns for monogrammed or custom items. Discounted items are final sale. Additionally, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and are subject to return and exchange guidelines.

If returning or exchanging an online order, please include a note with the order number and instructions. Items should be returned to our headquarters:
