Store Manager (Columbus)

Position Summary:

FOUNT is seeking a full time store manager for the Columbus location.  The store manager will oversee employees, merchandising, and buying for that location.  Additionally, he/she will encompass all the roles of a sales associate.  This position includes ensuring premium customer service, reaching store financial goals, monitoring sales associates performances, and managing inventory.  Previous job experience in a retail manager position is preferred.

The Role of a Store Manager:

  • Hiring sales associates

  • Scheduling

  • Planning and managing in-store and off site events

  • Wholesale buying

  • Keeping up with customer’s requests, comments, concerns, etc.

  • Merchandising product

  • Upholding company policies

  • Managing inventory

  • Monitoring store sales

  • Depositing daily cash sales to bank

  • Creating a friendly and warm environment for customers

  • Creating a friendly and professional environment for employees

  • Communicate clearly with Sales Associates and Headquarters

  • Maintaining general store safety and functions

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available weekdays (10:30-7:30) and weekends (10:30-8:30)

  • Must be available Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Fourth of July, etc.

  • Must be available to work in-store and off-site events during weekdays and weekends.  This may also require late hours for evening events.
